Our Federal issue Drawers are made from soft canton flannel, with a cotton twill weave on the exterior. The pattern is that of a "New York" contract pair, with one-piece legs sewn along the inseam. They feature hand-felled seams, hand-sewn buttonholes and eyelets, a hand-topstiched waistband, our own maker's stamp and a U.S. Inspector stamp from New York. We incorporate construction techniques found on an original pair of drawers we examined which, pending museum approval, we plan on reproducing. Available with visible stitching by hand or all stitching by hand. State waist size when ordering.
